Validation starts after the product is reachable
Before users arrive, you are still making assumptions about clarity, usefulness, and trust. Once the app is live, validation can become concrete: can people get in, complete the task, and see a reason to return?
Four questions matter first

Validate the generated flow
Lovable can create flows quickly, but the generated path may still need clearer copy, better mobile handling, stronger empty states, or a sharper reason to continue. Real use exposes those gaps faster than private editing.
Do not buy the conclusion
The goal is not to force a positive result. The goal is to learn whether the product deserves more work, a different audience, or a different direction.
