JUSTMADEIT / LOVABLE LAUNCH

How to Launch a Lovable App

Lovable helps founders move from prompt to product quickly. Before you send people in, make sure the published app is ready for real users instead of only a builder preview.

01

Publish is only one step

A Lovable app can move from idea to shareable URL quickly. That speed is useful, but the launch still needs a public path, clear permissions, working data, readable mobile screens, and a first experience that new users can understand.

The question after publishing is not can Lovable show it. The question is can a stranger use it.
02

Lovable-specific launch checks

  • Confirm the app is published and publicly reachable by the intended audience.
  • Review any connected Supabase tables, auth rules, and user data boundaries.
  • Test the app outside the Lovable editor or preview context.
  • Check the first mobile experience if the app is responsive.
  • Make sure placeholder data, temporary copy, and builder-only states are removed.
03

If the app uses Supabase

Lovable projects often connect to Supabase for auth and data. Before launch, verify that users can only see and change their own records, admin areas are protected, and public pages do not expose private profile or account information.

How to use JustMadeIt after publishing

  1. 01Connect the Lovable app URL

Add the public product destination inside JustMadeIt.

  2. 02Show what was built

Upload the logo, cover, icon, and actual screenshots from the published app.

  3. 03Define the first experience

Tell participants what meaningful action they should attempt.

  4. 04Collect evidence

Let people try the real app and return with honest evidence that can build Signal.

05

What Lovable does not prove for you

Lovable can help assemble the app, connect common services, and publish a working experience. It cannot tell you whether a cold user understands the value, completes the first workflow, or wants to return after the first session.

That is the post-publish gap JustMadeIt is meant to cover. The product leaves the builder environment and earns evidence from people encountering the real thing.

Put the actual product in front of real people. Let the evidence decide what holds up.
