USING JUSTMADEIT

You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless reported as unauthorized.

You may not create or coordinate multiple accounts to evade product capacity, membership, maker verification, self-testing restrictions, Perk eligibility, evidence rules, or other network controls. Related login accounts may be associated with one canonical maker record.

JustMadeIt may restrict access where necessary to protect participants, makers, partners, the network, or its infrastructure.

PRODUCTS + MAKER RESPONSIBILITY

Makers are responsible for products, destinations, assets, descriptions, instructions, privacy practices, permissions, and claims they submit. Publishing a product does not mean JustMadeIt endorses, verifies, or guarantees it.

Products may be associated with canonical domains, store listings, package identifiers, ownership history, and a maker entity to prevent duplicates, entitlement evasion, and self-validation. A login email does not create an independent right to another free maker allowance.

Makers must not request rewarded installs, downloads, ratings, reviews, follows, deceptive engagement, unlawful activity, or behavior that manipulates another platform.

PARTICIPATION + EVIDENCE

Participants must submit honest evidence based on legitimate product experiences. Opening a link, installing or downloading a product, or leaving a rating or review does not by itself qualify for JMI Creds.

JustMadeIt may confirm, reject, or flag evidence under deterministic and operational review rules. Operators correct evidence state; the system calculates Signal.

VERIFIED INTEGRATIONS

Makers may connect an approved server-side integration that reports only a constrained meaningful-event fact. Makers must not send participant content, identity, files, device identifiers, or unrelated analytics, and must protect their private signing credential.

JustMadeIt may reject, suspend, or revoke integrations for privacy violations, invalid signatures, replay attempts, implausible events, or misuse. Verified events support deterministic retention and reward decisions; makers and operators cannot directly award Creds or set Signal.

SIGNAL + PROVEN

JMI Signal is an evidence-based product instrument, not a guarantee of quality, commercial success, safety, investment value, or future performance. Confidence and evidence sufficiency remain separate from quality.

PROVEN is earned automatically under the applicable qualification version. It cannot be purchased, manually granted for popularity, or obtained with JMI Creds.

JMI CREDS, IMPACT + PERKS

JMI Creds are earned through eligible validated participation and may provide access to available Perks. They have no fixed cash value, cannot be purchased, transferred, withdrawn, or redeemed for cash, and do not guarantee monetary compensation.

Impact records legitimate contribution and does not purchase or determine Signal. Perks may be limited, eligibility-controlled, paused, ended, or unavailable. Affiliate relationships should be disclosed where applicable.

MEMBERSHIP + BILLING

A free account supports one active product. The V1 maker membership is $25 per month and includes capacity for three active products. Each additional active product beyond the included capacity is $7 per month.

Stripe is the billing authority. JustMadeIt is the product-allocation and entitlement authority. Billing does not guarantee participant volume, positive outcomes, Signal improvement, PROVEN, or popularity. Cancellation and billing management are handled through available Stripe flows.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You retain ownership of content and products you submit. You grant JustMadeIt the limited permission needed to store, display, process, and distribute submitted materials for operating and presenting the service.

You must have the rights required to submit product assets, screenshots, copy, fulfillment materials, and links.

ENFORCEMENT + AVAILABILITY

JustMadeIt may remove or restrict products, evidence, assignments, Perks, or accounts that violate these terms, threaten network integrity, create legal or security risk, or misuse rewards.

The service may change, experience interruptions, or contain errors during the pilot. Features described as future, pending, or unavailable are not commitments to release them.

DISCLAIMERS + CHANGES

JustMadeIt is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Final warranty limitations, liability limitations, dispute terms, governing law, and legal entity information require counsel review before public launch.

These terms may change as the pilot and product evolve. Continued use after an effective update may constitute acceptance where legally permitted and properly disclosed.
