Test the product, not the idea
The page may look complete while the user's actual path through roles, forms, and generated actions remains unproven.
The best first test asks someone to attempt one meaningful action and then report what happened honestly.
Pick one meaningful task
- Can the user reach the product?
- Can they understand what to do?
- Can they complete the core action?
- Can they explain where they stopped or why they would return?
Validation needs a return loop
