The app may be built but not understood
AI-built products often move faster than their positioning. A user can land on a working app and still not know who it is for, what to do first, or why the result matters.
Diagnose the failure point
- No one clicks: the promise or audience may be wrong.
- People click but leave: the first screen may not create trust.
- People start but stop: the task may be unclear or too heavy.
- People finish but do not return: the value loop may be weak.
Do not ask only other builders
Builder communities can help with craft, but your target user may not care how the app was made. Put the product in front of people who are judging the actual experience.
What to do next
- 01Check access
Make sure the public URL, auth, and mobile state work.
- 02Sharpen the task
Ask users to complete one action that proves the promise.
- 03Collect evidence
Use validated attempts to see whether the problem is exposure or product response.
