Can people access it?A small batch can reveal obvious blockers.
Can people complete it?You need enough attempts to see patterns.
Would people return?You need follow-up or retention evidence.
Is it PROVEN?You need an independent validated standard.
Do not worship the number
A bigger tester count does not automatically mean stronger proof if the testers are unrelated to the audience, rushed, duplicated, or rewarded for positivity.
Look for repeated evidence
- The same access problem appears repeatedly.
- Several people complete the task without coaching.
- Return intent is consistently strong or weak.
- Feedback points to the same friction.
